He wants you with all your warts and wrinkles; all your doubts and imperfections. 

Yes, God has BIG expectations of messy people like us. WHY? Because God uses messy people to change the church and the world.

He wants you to use the skills, abilities and talents He has given you to make a difference in the church, and in the world.

So whether you're young or not so young, part your hair down the side, in the middle  or have no hair at all.

If you can throw a darts through the gages in your ears, have permanent purple hair or if you're comfortable in a suit and tie... There is a place for you at The Branches.

Why we call ourselves “The Branches”.

Jesus teaches in John, Chapter fifteen verse five. “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

The miraculous thing about being a branch affixed to the Vine; Jesus, is that while each branch receives its nourishment from the Lord, the branches are different.

The Branches at Farmland Friends Church reflect a multi-generational, culturally diverse, ministry-minded, missions oriented, healthy and growing body of believers.

We connect, serve and grow in small groups and ministry teams that offer authentic relationships within a larger community of faith. And, we invest heavily in our children and students, believing them to be some of the greatest influencers of the church today.

Weekend services are designed to be relevant, enjoyable and meaningful. We have a passion for the arts, so music, drama and media are a growing part of the way we communicate.

Whatever your circumstances – single, married, single again, with or without children – and no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, you matter to God. And to us.

I discovered that "I belong here". Perhaps you do too.
